In the final seconds, unbridled joy erupted for Chelsea and caretaker boss Calum McFarlane as Enzo Fernández stabbed home a last-gasp equaliser. The goal left Pep Guardiola in a state of despair and gifted the stand-in Chelsea manager a career-defining moment. On paper, Guardiola versus McFarlane was the Premier League's most pronounced managerial mismatch, making the recollection of Fernández's crucial intervention one to cherish the 40-year-old for years to come.

A Glaring Contrast in Experience

On the City bench was the era's defining coach, a man with 40 trophies for football's giants Barcelona, Bayern Munich, and Manchester City, overseeing his 1,012th match.
